The location of the kettle being in the bathroom for tea/coffee is a significant inconvenience!!! Additionally, minor improvements are needed like more wall hooks for towels and linens, and some extra amenities would elevate the stay!!!

I loved my time here, especially due to the close proximity to Nai Yang Beach where I could enjoy leisurely walks and watch the beautiful sunsets, and the fantastic breakfast at the local coffee shop, which set me up nicely for my daily adventures around the area.

We had a fantastic stay in a Deluxe Double or Twin Room with a lovely lemongrass candle greeting us upon arrival, and the big bed was super comfy! The outdoor pool and beach access were perfect for unwinding after our adventures. Just a heads up, breakfast options felt a bit limited on Wednesdays, but overall, we really enjoyed our time here! 🌴

Perfect location with friendly staff

I had a lovely stay at this resort. The location is fantastic, right across from the beautiful beach, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The pool area was nice, but it could have been cleaner, as there were some leaves frequently floating around.

The Grand Pool Villa we had was huge and beautifully decorated. Super comfy, had everything we needed, like a great coffee machine. The private garden gave us perfect seclusion, and the pool was awesome to chill in after our dinners nearby.

The proximity to the beach makes it easy to dip in and out without hassle. The two pools provide cool relief during hot days. The open-air restaurant setup allows for a breezy dining experience while enjoying good quality food, with a roof overhead that channels nature's vibe.

Several issues marred the experience, particularly in the garden pool villas where mosquitoes make enjoying the outdoor space nearly impossible. Breakfast often lacked essential items, with many dishes gone even early in the morning, leaving guests waiting too long for replenishments. The presence of musty odors in the garden rooms detracted from comfort, and the inability to ventilate effectively limited relaxation options while inside.

However, the dining options on-site felt somewhat limited, which was disappointing given the otherwise exceptional experience.

Waking up to stunning views over the lush garden was simply refreshing. The staff were incredibly attentive, making our family stay feel special and embraced.

However, the cleanliness of our room left much to be desired, and we had issues with a noisy air-conditioner that disrupted our sleep during the night.

The grounds of Dewa Phuket Resort & Villas are beautifully maintained, offering tranquil gardens and easy access to the serene beach, making it perfect for gentle strolls. The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful throughout the stay.

More dining options would enhance the experience.
